About Zizka Property Solutions

October along the South Branch Codorus turns the whole township gold, and then it all comes down at once into the yards below. Zizka Property Solutions is there for that week and every other one, handling leaf cleanup and fall tidying, mowing and trimming through the season, edging, mulch, and the spring reset after a hard winter. Once the ground locks up, the work shifts to plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and entries, and salting the shaded stretches that stay treacherous long after the sun is out. A property kept up in November is an easier one to open in February. The calendar keeps turning; the list simply changes.
