About Old East York Lawn and Property Services

East York wakes up slowly on a Saturday: screen doors, a sprinkler ticking somewhere, the smell of cut grass drifting across Mount Zion Road. Old East York Lawn and Property Services keeps that morning going — mowing, string trimming along foundations and fences, edging walks so the concrete shows its full width again, and clearing whatever each season drops. It is ordinary work with a visible result, and one yard that looks looked-after does something for a whole block of brick ranches. From the first rush of April growth to the last raking weekend, the schedule simply follows the grass. The rounds take in York, East York, Springettsbury and Stony Brook.
