About Lionscape

From the overlook at Rocky Ridge, York sits in a bowl of rooftops with the hills leaning in from the west, and every one of those roofs has a yard under it. Lionscape works the green months with mowers and string trimmers, holding a clean line along walks, beds and fence rows so a property reads as tended from the street. When the ridge goes white the same trucks change jobs — plowing drives and lots, clearing walkways, laying salt where the morning would otherwise turn slick. A lawn striped in even passes on a Tuesday in July and a driveway opened before anyone's boots touch it in January are the same idea done twice. Work reaches York, Springettsbury, Stony Brook and Hallam.
