Legendary Landscapes

About Legendary Landscapes

On a June evening in Bath the light comes in low across Pulteney Square and every lawn on the street shows its stripes. Legendary Landscapes cuts, trims and edges for that hour — the one where a clean line along the walk reads from clear across the road. Through the season it is steady, unfussy work: weekly mowing, string-trimming the awkward corners, blowing the clippings off the concrete before the truck pulls away. Cleanups bookend the year, opening the beds when the frost lets go and clearing the maples' last word in November. A yard kept this way still looks looked-after in the rain.
