Montijo & Son Lawn Care

About Montijo & Son Lawn Care

September in Parsons: the heat finally breaks, the steeples catch the last of the light, and lawns that went brown in August come back green for one more month. Montijo & Son Lawn Care makes the rounds — mowing on schedule, trimming along fences and church steps, edging where the pavement has crept into the turf, mulch topped off in the beds. It is shared work, the kind where one runs the mower and the other takes the trimmer, and the yard gets finished twice as fast and twice as clean. Fall means leaves, and plenty of them, gathered and hauled before they turn into a wet mat over the grass. A cut lawn on a quiet Sunday street is a small courtesy to everyone who walks past it.
