Red Deer Snow Removers

About Red Deer Snow Removers

Snow comes down the White Deer notch with the wind behind it, and by two in the morning the township roads are one pale ribbon. That is when Red Deer Snow Removers is already moving. Plow down, headlights full of flakes, working driveway to driveway between the farm lanes and the lots off the valley roads. A scoop and a shovel take the walk to the door, and salt goes where the ice wants to set up by first light. When the earliest cars turn out toward Route 15 and the interstate, the way is open and nobody has to think twice about it — the whole job finished before the sun clears the ridge.
