Lawn and Land by Tarzan

About Lawn and Land by Tarzan

Westtown Township keeps its old shape — stone walls, fenced pasture, and that odd and wonderful water tower standing over Oakbourne Park like something out of a storybook. Lawn and Land by Tarzan works the lawns tucked into that landscape, from the neighborhoods near West Chester out to the properties where mowing runs all the way to the tree line. Cutting, trimming and edging fill the week; mulch and bed work fill the shoulder seasons. October is leaves, and there are a great many of them under those old oaks and beeches. A lawn finished in low autumn light, striped and swept, holds its own beside the countryside around it.
