About EM Services

Up in the northern tier the Cowanesque River runs east past Westfield, and June light there lasts so long that the last cut of the day finishes in gold. EM Services mows that valley — village lawns on the borough streets, wide yards out along Route 49, ground that goes from soft to firm as summer sets in. Trimming and edging follow the mower, and mulch goes into the beds the deer have not already formed opinions about. Spring cleanup arrives late here and fall cleanup arrives early, which simply means the season gets worked hard while it lasts. Green, level and freshly cut against those Tioga County hills is a picture worth making.
