About Stewart Contractors, LLC

West Chester's old serpentine stone turns a strange soft green under streetlight, and after an ice storm a whole High Street block glitters like it has been glazed. Stewart Contractors, LLC works those nights and the mornings that follow — plowing, shoveling, opening entries and salting the walks where freezing rain has laid down its thin, dangerous shine. Ice asks a different patience than snow does; it cannot be pushed, only worked. Winter here hands out both, sometimes inside the same twelve hours, and the answer is to be there for the change. A path that holds underfoot at seven in the morning is a quiet thing to have made.
