Rock Property Maintenance

About Rock Property Maintenance

A nor'easter reaches West Chester sideways — wet, heavy snow off the ocean that loads every branch along the edges of Hoopes Park. Rock Property Maintenance works the hours nobody else wants inside that storm, plowing lots, clearing walks and entryways, and spreading salt on the ice that follows the thaw and the refreeze. Snow in this county rarely falls politely; it turns to slop by noon and to glass by midnight, so timing matters as much as horsepower. The reward is narrow and real: pavement down to the black, doors that open, a place people can actually reach. By the time the borough starts stirring, the hardest part is already behind.
