About Procare Property Services

West Chester's business day starts before the shops on Gay Street unlock, because someone has already been through the lots and the walks. Procare Property Services handles that unseen shift on both ends of the calendar — plowing, shoveling and salting when a storm comes off the Atlantic overnight, then mowing, trimming and running cleanups once the sycamores along High Street are in leaf again. Weather in this county is not dramatic so much as insistent, a little of everything and rarely on schedule. The measure of the work is that nobody notices it: clear pavement, an even cut, an entrance that looks cared for at eight in the morning. That, honestly, is the entire point.
