About Out Of Site

Downtown snow is a different problem: a Gay Street block has no lawn to push it onto, only curb, alley and the fire hydrant nobody remembers until spring. Out Of Site plows and clears through West Chester's overnight hours, stacking snow where it will not swallow the parking spaces, opening back-alley entrances, and squaring off the walk out front so a storefront can open on time. Salt goes where foot traffic will polish ice into glass by nine, and the second pass waits until the wind has had its say. A borough that looks impassable at midnight can look perfectly ordinary by breakfast. That turnaround, repeated all winter, is the job.
