About Emerson Lawn & Landscape

Taylor Run and Plum Run cut low through this town, and on summer mornings the mist lies in those bottoms until the sun finally reaches down and burns it off. Emerson Lawn & Landscape starts in exactly that hour — mowing while the air is still cool, edging beds and walks, trimming fence lines, putting down fertilizer so the turf can take the heat that is coming later. Creekside yards stay damp and grow hard; hilltop yards go thin and hungry, and knowing which is which is most of the job around here. Winter asks the crew to read the same ground again, plowing drives, opening walks, salting the shaded runs where meltwater comes back as ice. One property, learned twice over.
