About Turf's Up Lawn Services

By late June the valley floor at Wernersville holds its green the way a farm field holds heat — thick, humid, and growing again by Thursday. Turf's Up Lawn Services keeps time with that: mowing in clean alternating passes, trimming close around the mailbox post and the maple roots, edging the walk until the line looks drawn rather than cut. Mornings begin with dew silvering the grass and end with the smell of cut lawn hanging in the still air between the ridges. Out here a yard is the view from the front porch, a place for folding chairs and fireflies at the end of a long day. Come fall the same lawns get their leaves lifted and one last low cut before the ground goes quiet.
