About Mosso and Sons Land Management

By February the ice on Hills Creek Lake is thick enough to hold shanties, and the cold that does that settles over every driveway in the township too. Snow removal at that point is not about one storm; it is about banks, drifting, and the packed layer that keeps trying to turn into ice. Plowing wide, pushing back to the treeline, salting the shaded stretch that never sees sun — the aim is a place that stays open all winter, not just the morning after. Pulling into a property at four in the morning and leaving it looking like the storm skipped the address is worth doing. Wellsboro and the townships around it, whenever the sky decides.
