About Simz Excavating & Plowing LLC

Spring reaches Warren late and then all at once: the pack comes off the hills in a week, the ground softens, and the mowing season opens before the last frost has properly finished. Simz Excavating & Plowing LLC covers both halves of that year — plowing driveways, shoveling walks and salting through the long winter, then mowing, trimming, edging and running cleanups once the grass takes off. Out toward the Allegheny National Forest the properties get bigger and the driveways get longer, which changes how both jobs are done. There is no coasting in either season here; the weather sets the pace. What gets left behind is simple enough — passable in winter, tidy in summer.
