About Celia Co. Inc

Street Road never really empties, and by three in the morning during a storm it belongs to the plows. Celia Co. Inc works those hours, pushing snow off Warminster lots and drives and stacking it where it won't block a lane or bury a walk. There is a craft in it that nobody ever sees: choosing the pile before the first pass, keeping entrances square, salting the low spots where meltwater gathers and turns treacherous by afternoon. A property that opens on time after eight inches did not manage that on its own. By sunrise the machines are quiet and the pavement is dark and wet, which is exactly the point.
