About Clark's Landscaping & Lawn Services

Warfordsburg sits where the ridges run down to the Maryland line, with Sideling Hill on one side and Buchanan State Forest holding the shade until mid-morning. Clark's Landscaping & Lawn Services mows and maintains the lawns of that country — the yards along Route 522, the properties tucked in near Tonoloway Creek, the ones with a whole mountain standing behind them. Grass grows differently in a valley like this: quick in the damp bottoms, thin under the trees, and it takes a mower willing to read the ground. Trimming and edging finish what the deck can't reach. When the last pass is done and the machine shuts off, all you hear is the ridge, and the yard looks the way its owner pictured it.
