About American Property Solutions

Weather comes over Blue Mountain into Walnutport with the wind out ahead of it, and the Lehigh Gap funnels the cold straight down the valley. American Property Solutions works those nights — plowing driveways and lots while the storm is still falling, then coming back for the tail of it. Snow here can be dry and drifting one week and heavy and wet the next, and each kind asks for a different pass. Salt goes down where the ice sets up along shaded walks and north-facing slopes. By the time headlights start moving toward Route 145, the pavement is black and the day can begin.
