About Eco Enterprises

Freezing rain is the storm that tests a hill, and Observatory Hill has plenty of grade to test. Eco Enterprises works those pitched streets and driveways in Upper Darby through the cold months — plowing, clearing walks and steps, and salting where a glaze can turn a slope into trouble. Winter here often sits a single degree away from being nothing but rain, which means going out on nights that never quite look like storms. The result is the point: a hill somebody can walk down, a car that gets out of its drive. Morning light on wet, clear blacktop is a decent reward for a night of it.
