About Mark's Landscaping Services Inc.

There is a particular quiet in Upper Chichester Township at five in the morning after a storm, before the traffic on 322 picks up and the township trucks come through. Mark's Landscaping Services Inc. is out in that quiet — plowing driveways and parking lots, shoveling walks and steps, clearing the apron of packed snow the street plow just pushed back across the entrance, and spreading salt against the refreeze that follows every thaw. Snow this near the Delaware comes wet and heavy and sets up fast, so timing counts for more than muscle does. The work is finished when somebody steps outside with a coffee, sees open pavement, and thinks about nothing but the day ahead. That is the whole errand of snow removal: an ordinary morning, delivered on time.
