Rooted landscaping

About Rooted landscaping

South of Sunbury the Susquehanna spreads out wide and shallow, and Upper Augusta sits on the bench of ground above it, half river light and half farm field. Rooted landscaping mows and maintains lawns across that township — river-flat yards that surge in May, and hillside ones where the mower gets walked more than it gets ridden. Trimming, edging and cleanup finish the job, because a cut lawn with ragged borders isn't actually finished. There is a moment on a spring evening when the water goes silver, the grass is freshly down, and the whole valley smells green at once. That moment is the reason for the early start.
