About DP Property Management

Chester Creek still runs through Upland the way it always did, only now the mills it once turned are memory and the borough is streets, stoops and green squares of yard tucked in between. DP Property Management mows and maintains those yards — the narrow side strips, the shared frontage, the small back lots that need a trimmer more than a mower. Delaware County lawns work hard: heavy clay, deep shade in places, and sun that pours in hot everywhere else. Keeping them even takes a regular hand rather than a heroic one. Come Friday the whole block reads as cared for, and in a town built this tightly together, that carries a long way.
