About Northeast Land Management Services, LLC

Union Dale sits high in Susquehanna County, up where Elk Mountain gathers cloud and the snow measures deeper than it ever does in the valleys below. Northeast Land Management Services, LLC keeps that upland country moving in winter, plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways and steps, salting the grades that go slick before anything else does. On this plateau the wind will rearrange a storm for two days after it has stopped falling, so the route gets run again and again until the ground agrees to stay put. There is something worth having in a steep drive scraped clean at first light, the ridges going pink behind it. Winter is the long season here, and it is met one plow pass at a time.
