About Capela Landscape Design

On a July evening in Union City the light holds a long time up on the plateau, and that is the hour when a planted bed finally looks like whatever somebody first pictured. Capela Landscape Design works toward that hour: laying out beds and plantings, setting mulch, keeping lawns mown, trimmed and edged so the design has something orderly to sit inside of. Summers here are generous and short, so the growing months get used all the way to the end of them. When the cold comes down over the plateau the same trucks turn to plowing, shoveling and salting the drives and walks of the places they tend. Shape in one season, access in the other, always on the same ground.
