About Northumberland County Lawn Care Services

Trevorton sits with its back against Big Mountain, the ridge running east and west above the rooftops and the wind coming over it whichever way it pleases. Northumberland County Lawn Care Services works the town and the valley below it — cutting and trimming lawns, edging the walks, and clearing out the spring and fall debris the hillside keeps sending down. Once the ridge finally holds snow, the same properties get plowed and shoveled, with salt on the pitched drives where a car would otherwise slide right back to the street. Coal-region towns are built tight and built on grade, and both facts are in the job description. Doing it right here means knowing which drives ice first, and getting to them early.
