About Mr. Squeegy Cleaning Co.

The borough is quietest at four in the morning in February, when the streetlights are the only thing moving in the falling snow. That is the hour Mr. Squeegy Cleaning Co. is out across Trafford, plowing driveways and lots, cutting walkways down to bare pavement, and laying salt at doorsteps before the first commuter reaches for a car key. Storms in the Turtle Creek valley come wet and heavy or fine and drifting, and both get handled the same way — early, then again once the sky finally empties. There is a plain pride in a cleared drive that somebody finds at dawn without ever having to think about it. Winter is the whole season here, and this is the whole job.
