About SM Landscaping

Thornbury's roads wind between stone walls and old fieldstone houses, and its driveways tend to be long, curved and lined with trees. SM Landscaping clears them when the snow comes — plowing the full length of a drive, opening the apron at the road, shoveling walks and steps down to bare pavement, treating the spots where ice wants to form. A February storm in this part of Chester County can turn to sleet by morning, which makes an early start the difference between clean blacktop and a glaze. Pulling out of a drive that is already open is a good way to begin a day. The plowing covers Thornbury Township, Glen Mills, Westtown and the communities around them.
