Grass Kickers

About Grass Kickers

On a July afternoon in Tamaqua the brick of Broad Street holds the heat, and the shade pools in the little front yards up the side streets. Grass Kickers works those lots — the narrow ones, the corner ones, the deep back yards that run to an alley. Mowing, edging, string trimming around porch posts and fence lines, and everything blown back off the sidewalk before the truck moves on. A small yard cut square, its edges tight against the walk, changes how the whole block looks. Cleanups bookend the year, spring and fall, so nothing has to be dug out of neglect.
