About Baskin Landscape and Construction LLC

Swissvale is built on a hillside, which means half the lawns here are slopes and the rest are handkerchiefs of grass tucked between brick houses and old retaining walls. Baskin Landscape and Construction LLC mows, trims and tends those yards across the borough and the neighboring towns along the Mon. Small ground asks for more care rather than less; a straight edge along a sidewalk reads loudly on a street this tight. Summer sits warm in the river valley, and by August the maples over the side streets keep half the borough in shade. When the season turns, the same work becomes clearing the leaves that fill every hedge line and stairwell in the block.
