About Jowder Custom Landscaping

Crum Creek runs its wooded gorge along the edge of the borough, and every November it sends a whole canopy's worth of leaf up into Swarthmore's yards. Jowder Custom Landscaping meets that head-on: leaves gathered and carried off, turf uncovered before wet weather sets in and mats it down. The rest of the growing season is mowing, trimming and edging on a dependable cycle, keeping shaded lawns even under all that old timber. When the storms arrive the work turns to plowing driveways, clearing walks and steps, and salting the north-facing slabs. Deep shade, deep leaf, deep winter, all of it handled.
