About Lloyd's Landscapes Inc.

The old grid around Fort Augusta still runs under big sycamores, and every October those trees drop enough leaf to bury a north-end lawn twice over. Lloyd's Landscapes Inc. clears them — raked, blown and hauled, so the grass goes into winter breathing. Through the growing months it is mowing on a set schedule, trimming tight to walls and iron fences, edging the sidewalk line that makes an old block look sharp. Then the wind swings and the work changes: plow the driveway, cut the walk, salt the front steps ahead of the morning ice. Sunbury's streets are narrow and its winters are honest, and either way the ground gets tended.
