Phillips Snow Cutter

About Phillips Snow Cutter

Stroudsburg sits where the Pocono foothills come down to meet Brodhead Creek, and when a nor'easter swings inland the whole Monroe County seat falls silent under new snow. Phillips Snow Cutter does snow removal here, cutting driveways and lots open with the clean, decisive lines its name suggests. Early on a storm morning Main Street holds a deep hush, shop windows dark and sidewalks blank, and that is exactly when the plowing counts. A drive cleared wide, the snow heaped high along the margins, and the front door within easy reach turn a snowbound morning into an ordinary one. In a town that likes to keep moving, getting people out again is the whole point.
