About Paules Property Management, LLC

Snow reaches southern York County sideways — a coastal storm swinging inland, the wet heavy kind that bends the hedgerows down along Route 851. Paules Property Management, LLC keeps watch on nights like that, moving lot to lot and drive to drive so Stewartstown wakes to blacktop instead of drifts, walkways shoveled and salted down to the surface. When the thaw finally comes, the same properties go on a steady rhythm of mowing, trimming along foundations and fences, and cleanups in spring and again in fall. There is a particular pleasure in the first cut of the year, when the grass takes a stripe and the whole place seems to sit up straight. Year round the aim holds: ground that is easy to walk on and good to look at.
