Halfmoon Valley runs open and windswept out toward Stormstown, and it grows grass with real enthusiasm from May onward. Sam's Landscaping keeps up with it — mowing on schedule, trimming the fence lines and posts, edging the walks, clearing the yards out in spring and again in fall. Come winter the same properties get plowed, shoveled and salted, because west-end weather does not ask permission before it arrives.
