Maxwell Trucking & Excavating, Inc. works with that rather than against it — plowing State College driveways and lots, hauling snow off when the banks grow too tall, cutting walks open, salting the low spots that glaze first. Hauling is the part people forget about until February, when there is simply nowhere left to push. Trucks are made for hauling, and winter only changes the cargo.
