About York Lawn Service

Fifteen miles east of these lawns the Susquehanna makes its wide turn at Wrightsville, and the wind that comes up that valley reaches Springettsbury Township well before the weather does. York Lawn Service reads that wind through the season — mowing hard when growth is fast, easing off through an August dry spell, then clearing leaves once the maples start letting go. Mowing, edging and string trimming make up the week; the fall cleanup makes up the ending. Nothing about it is complicated, only the discipline of showing up and finishing the whole job. A lawn cut level with its borders held is a quiet good thing to leave behind.
