About Tip Top Services

From the crests around Menges Mills and Jackson Township you can see most of the way toward Hanover, and the properties up there catch every bit of weather that crosses the county. Tip Top Services keeps them through all of it — mowing, trimming and yard cleanups while the hay fields all around are being cut, then plowing and clearing snow when that same wind stacks drifts against a barn wall. High ground dries out first in spring and hardens first in fall, which shifts the whole schedule a week in either direction. The view is a fine bonus for anyone doing the work. So is a hilltop drive opened end to end while the ridge behind it is still white.
