ManScape

About ManScape

The township climbs. Roads out of the valley bend up through laurel and second-growth oak toward Moscow, and the yards along them are carved out of that grade — sloped, rooty, ringed with stone the frost keeps handing back. ManScape mows them on the contour anyway, trimming close to the outcrops and the fence posts and putting the cuttings back into the tree line where they belong. In June the light stays late on these hills; by November the visit is about leaves, cleared off the lawn and away from the walk. Ground like this is earned, and it shows when the mowing lines run true across a hillside.
