About Hickey Landscaping

The street maples through Southwest Greensburg are old and wide, and by mid-October they put down more leaf than the little front yards can hold. Hickey Landscaping spends that stretch of the calendar clearing them, off the grass, out from behind the hedges, away from the storm grates at the curb. A short cut follows to finish the year, and the lawns go into winter looking settled. Earlier on it is the ordinary weekly work: mowing, edging, trimming, and the spring cleanup that gets everything started. Under trees like these a lawn only stays green if somebody keeps the leaves moving, and that is a good afternoon's work in this borough.
