About Sprouse Landscape Services

South Montrose sits up in the Endless Mountains, where the hills roll one into the next and the hemlock hollows stay cool even in July. Grass grows hard and fast through the short northern summer, and Sprouse Landscape Services keeps after it — mowing, trimming around stone and post, edging the walks and drives. Susquehanna County lawns run sloped and uneven more often than not, so cutting one level takes knowing how the ground falls. Mornings begin with dew heavy enough to soak a boot and end with the mown stripes drying pale in the afternoon. It is good work in a beautiful stretch of country, and the results sit right out front where the whole road can see them.
