About Local Property Services

French Creek runs through the wooded folds of South Coventry, and by late spring the hedgerows close in green over the township's stone-walled lanes. Local Property Services mows the properties tucked into those hills: long approaches, shaded side yards, open pasture edges where the mower meets the field. Northern Chester County holds its dew late under all that canopy, so the day starts on the sunny lots and works its way into the shade. Trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups keep the lines clear between lawn, wall and woods. Where the trees crowd this close, a kept lawn is what tells you someone lives here well.
