About C & C Lawn Service Inc

Slickville is a few streets folded into the Westmoreland hills, a patch town where the back yards run uphill and stop at the treeline. C & C Lawn Service Inc mows through the humid green middle of a Pennsylvania June here, when the grass comes back faster than the week does. The work is stripes laid straight across ground that is rarely level, with close trimming around porch steps, mailbox posts and the old stone walls that hold the yards in place. Come October the hillside maples let go all at once, and the same lawns are cleared back down to a clean sweep of green. Between the two, a yard on these hills looks tended, and that shows from the road.
