Varner's Tree & Lawn ServIce

About Varner's Tree & Lawn ServIce

Late April in Shoemakersville: maples leafing out over the side streets, the river high with runoff, and grass coming on faster than anyone planned for. Varner's Tree & Lawn Service meets that surge the way it has to be met, with regular mowing, trimming tight around walls and posts, and edges cut so the lawn stops exactly where it should. Summer settles into rhythm; autumn is cleanup work, the yard cleared down to grass again before the cold sets in. Then the wind swings north over the ridge and the job changes entirely, into plowing, shoveling and salting, drives opened before the first run out toward Reading. Different tools, one idea, which is a property that never looks left behind.
