About Skillz Excavating

Some snowfalls in the Cumberland Valley are too much for a pickup blade — the wet, heavy kind that arrives near freezing and packs like mortar. Skillz Excavating meets those with equipment sized for the job, shoving back drifts, opening wide farm and commercial entrances, stacking snow where it will not block a sightline, and salting once the ground is bare again. Working a storm at two in the morning has its own quiet: the radio, the lights, the plume curling off the blade. By the time headlights start moving on the highway, the lots are open. That is a good way to finish a night.
