About Jesse's Outdoor Services LLC

The morning after a storm in Perry County is bright and bone-cold, the ridges white and Sherman's Creek running black between them. Jesse's Outdoor Services LLC spends that night and the hours before it clearing snow around Shermans Dale — plowing driveways and farm lanes, opening lots, shoveling walks and salting where ice glazes over. Between the mountains the roads wind and the driveways run long, so a route out here gets measured in miles as much as in inches. Getting somebody down to the main road before they need to be there is the whole job. It is honest work, and this is good country in which to do it.
