Bucky’s Lawncare

About Bucky’s Lawncare

Out past the edge of Selinsgrove, where the ground flattens toward Kratzerville and the corn runs to the fencerow, June evenings hold their light a long time. Bucky's Lawncare uses every minute of it — mowing, string-trimming the fence lines, cutting the walks in so the yard stops cleanly where it should. Spring opens with a cleanup that clears winter off the beds; autumn closes with the leaves gone and the grass cut short for its rest. In between it is a weekly rhythm, the same route, a lawn that never gets away from you. Snyder County keeps its yards the way it keeps its fields, and that suits this work fine.
