About Sara's Landscaping - Construction

April along Leggett's Creek in North Scranton is all mud and promise — the banks soft, the grass waking up in uneven patches, every yard still wearing what the winter dropped on it. Sara's Landscaping - Construction starts there, raking the flattened thatch and hauling off the winter debris so the first cut of the year lands on ground that is ready for it. After that it is a steady cadence of mowing and trimming right through the humid stretch of summer, when grass in this valley grows fast enough to notice week to week. Autumn brings the second big clearing, the yard put in order before the cold. Ordinary work, done attentively, is what makes a street look like somebody lives on it.
