About Savage Lawns
October mornings out toward Tuscarora the dew comes down heavy and the hills go rust and gold above the township roads. Savage Lawns is out early in that, mowing while the season still pushes growth, trimming the edges back, pulling leaves off lawns and out of beds before the first hard freeze pins them down. A yard put to bed properly in fall comes back easier in spring, and that is most of what late-season work is for. The rest is simply how good a fresh-cut lawn looks under low autumn light. Work covers Ryan Township and the surrounding villages.
