About Luke's Lawn Care and Landscape Design

A stone farmhouse, a fence line, a sloping side yard, a maple older than the road: that is a Collinsburg address, and there are hundreds like it folded into Rostraver's back roads. Luke's Lawn Care and Landscape Design mows and maintains those yards straight through the growing season, holding the grass at an even height rather than letting it run and then scalping it back. Late May here is almost absurdly green — everything grows, including what nobody planted — so trimming the fence lines and tree rings is half of what keeps a property looking kept. The reward comes at the end of a visit, standing at the road with the mower loaded, looking at a yard that reads clean from the mailbox to the treeline.
